Helly Hansen – Round the Island Wheel Competition 

1. The Promoter of the ‘Round the Island Wheel’ competition is Helly Hansen UK Ltd, Unit G3[A) Birkbeck House, Colliers Way, Phoenix Park, Nottingham, NG8 6AT, England [registered number 791202). 

2. To receive a free HH promo item, you must scan the QR code on the wheel atthe Helly Hansen store in Cowes between Friday 10^th – Sunday 12^th July 2026. 

3. Everyone will be eligible to an ‘instant win’ small promotional prize with 1 ‘grand prize’ to be winners will be contacted by HH *subject to stock availability. 

4. If participant wins a ‘grand prize’ they will be contacted using the information they provided on the entry form by HH in the week following RTIR (by Friday July 17^th). 

5. There are no cash alternatives, exchanges or refunds for the HH instant win or ‘grand prizes’.  

6. The offer is only valid with the production of a ‘win’ message shown to staff on the HH Cowes store. 

7. This offer is valid from 10^th July – 12^th July 2026 is subject to stock availability.  

8. Where the prize is won by a person younger than 18, we reserve the right to award the prize to the prize winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
